Important Instructions for filling online application form

STEPS: New User? Register First (1) -- Fill up form and hit register button. You can apply for multiple posts after successful registration. Check your Email Click on the URL sent in your email. Once your are registered successfully, fill up section named Login Here to Apply(2) -- Fill up form and hit Log Me In Click on the apply now button for the post you wish to apply. Fill up all mandatory fields. Do not forget to upload photograph and scanned signature. On successful submission of the online application form, you will get an email mentioning your application number. You can apply more than one post, if you wish so. Go to Print Filled in Application Form(3) to take printout. At the bottom of the printed application form, you have to put your full signature which is identical to the uploaded scanned signature and send it along with demand draft(if applicable)to address specified in the advertisement before due date. Do Not use special character until and unless it is specified on the right side or, bottom of the input field. Here, A to Z means any uppercase letter in between A to Z. Similarly, a to z means all letters in lowercase. Again, 0 to 9 means all numerical digit are allowed. For example, in proficiency speed in computer typing you can write 40 W.P.M or, 40 WPM Please do remember that all of the inputs related to date, must be in yyyy/mm/dd format.

Uploading Photograph: You must upload your recent color passport size photograph. Maximum width of the photo = 200 pixels Minimum width of the photo = 150 pixels Maximum height of the photo = 255 pixels Minimum height of the photo = 190 pixels Only allowed extension is .jpg Maximum size of the image = 30KB Minimum size of the image = 15KB	Uploading scanned Signature: You must upload your scanned signature. Maximum width of the signature = 300 pixels Minimum width of the signature = 200 pixels Maximum height of the signature = 100 pixels Minimum height of the signature = 60 pixels Only allowed extension is .jpg Maximum size of the image = 20KB Minimum size of the image = 5KB
Application once submitted can not be modified under any circumstances. Therefore, before hitting the submit button(in the application forms), please make sure that you have entered all required information correctly. However, if you feel that you did mistake, then you can make fresh registration using a new and valid email id and fill up application form again.
